We started renewing urban properties in 2007. Every property that we acquire and remodel, we try to stay true to the historic character and value of the houses. We have licensed contractors, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians who guarantee the work they perform. No matter how old the houses are, we restore them into good quality rentals that we would live in ourselves.

Today we own and manage rental properties in Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, Garfield Park, and near Eastside areas: Windsor Park, St. Clair Place, Tuxedo Park, and Emerson Heights.
